As the eldest son of Rick and Bonnie Rolfs, I’ve been surrounded by the insurance business for most of my life. I grew up watching mom and dad working from home as they built Rolfs Insurance Services and raised my little brother and me. I knew early in life that my goal was to one day work alongside my parents.

After graduating from Miramar High School, I attended Florida State University (FSU) to study Risk Management/Insurance and Entrepreneurship. FSU led to an opportunity with one of the nation’s largest insurance brokerages, Arthur J. Gallagher. I completed their management training program and spent time at their London headquarters brokering accounts at Lloyd’s of London.

My final stop before coming back home was AmWINS, the nation’s largest Property & Casualty insurance wholesale broker. There I served as a Vice President/Underwriting Team Leader focused on small business production throughout the entire state of Florida.

I left corporate America and came home to the family business full time in 2020. My wife Laura and I were blessed with our first child in 2022. We’re raising our growing family in Cooper City. Here we plan to raise our growing family and be active in the local community.
