Welcome New Team Members to Rolfs Insurance Services
Rolfs Insurance Services is pleased to share an update on the continued growth of our team and capabilities in serving clients throughout Florida. Over the past year, we have welcomed several talented professionals whose experience, commitment, and personal approach strengthen the relationship driven service our agency is known for.
More than a year ago, Jared joined our office, bringing over seven years of front desk experience from the hospitality industry before earning his customer service representative license. His background working with guests around the clock translates directly into responsive, detail oriented support for our clients. If you have called our office, you have already spoken with him as he also answers and delegates incoming calls received throughout the day.
In 2025, we were excited to welcome Rachel to the team, a licensed insurance agent and University of Florida graduate with a degree in Statistics. Rachel specializes in equine insurance while also assisting clients with homeowners, auto, and commercial coverage, blending technical knowledge with a lifelong involvement in the equestrian community to tailor policies to real world needs. She is proud to be part of the family owned business at Rolfs Insurance Services and is dedicated to building long term client relationships based on trust and clarity.
Most recently, our office has expanded its advisory depth through collaboration with licensed insurance advisor Sean, who focuses on transparent coverage solutions for families and businesses. Sean’s background includes experience designing life, disability, and long term care plans, as well as key person and other business oriented protections to help safeguard what matters most to clients. Together, these additions reflect our ongoing commitment to combine knowledge, integrity, and personalized service for every individual and business we serve across the entire state of Florida.
